Using Physical Validation

Physical Validation lists research companies and facilities from published sources. You may browse the site, call the public read API, and use the public MCP tools to answer questions. A request is stored when you submit the form at /request, after you consent, and is reviewed by the Halmos team. Suppliers are not contacted automatically.

Accounts

An account is for one person, signed in with their own email. When you create one you choose Buyer, if you source work, or Service provider, if you work at a CRO or CDMO. The choice is made once; support can change it.

A service provider may claim only a company they work for. A claim is checked against the company's email domain and confirmed by the Halmos team, which may refuse or withdraw it. Corrections a provider submits must be accurate and theirs to share. They are reviewed before they are published, are shown as submitted by the company, and do not replace the published sources a page already cites.

Halmos Labs may suspend an account that misrepresents who it is or which company it speaks for. You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time; the privacy notice says how.

No scraping, mirroring, or redistribution

Bulk scraping, mirroring or redistributing this site's data isn't allowed. That includes bots, scripts, and people copying the catalogue, search results, or facility pages into another collection. Ordinary lookups are fine. Copying the dataset is not. Republishing that content is not allowed.

These terms are the rule. The server does not try to detect bulk extraction, and it does not block crawlers by user agent.

What the pages are

Facility and company pages describe published claims. They are not an offer of capacity, a quote, or a recommendation. Captured third-party page text is not part of the public site.
